Old Brewhouse 2 Reviews

James
This flat was lovely, well equipped and spotlessly clean, the view over the river Torridge across to Instow is stunning. The large sitting-room window onto this constantly moving picture is fascinating. Parking can be difficult but we managed to find a space within walking distance every day. We would love to return however my wife found the stairs tiring, my fault, I should have checked this out previously.
Jo
Fantastic location. Due to the rain we spent a lot of time looking out of the window and the view was amazing. Plenty of lovely places to eat in Appledore.
Robert
Lovely well equipped apartment. The views were amazing from every window overlooking the estuary. L McGregor
Steve
Very good, comfortable accommodation. Great views and very relaxing.
Amanda
I recently stayed for 4 nights at this waterfront apartment and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The views across the estuary were superb especially when the tide was in. Being so close to the water was wonderful and waking up in the morning with the gorgeous views was lovely. The apartment was handy to the village and I visited Clovelly, Croyde and Lynton and Lynmouth which are well worth going to. I was able to park in nearby streets for free so avoided having to pay car parking. Superb stay.
Hilary
Lovely location.. can sit and watch the tides and boats on the estuary for hours.

We had a great stay, Stayed before and enjoyed it just as much. Will stay again .
Kirsty
The view from the apartment was incredible. It made our weekend.
Patricia
Excellent - lovely apartment - views amazing.
Tanya
Lovely stay but unfortunately the weather didnââ?¬â?¢t play ball. The view over the estuary to Instow was lovely. We parked in the car park near the Seagate Hotel and it cost Ã?£30 for the week and is probably a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Some great restaurants in Appledore and a great little pub - The Champ.
Terence
Very comfortable apartment with fine view overlooking the river to Instow
Barbara
We stayed at the same apartment in 2011 and loved it, on return we found the apartment was still as wonderful as it was previously. We would highly recommend this accomadation for it's wonderful location, great amenities and comfort with everything you need. Great for an early morning or late evening swim in the sea. Thank you we can't wait to return.
Hazel
Very spacious, comfortable flat with the most magnificent view over the estuary. Five minute walk from town centre. Highly recommended.
Samantha
Beautiful views and excellent location.. Short walk into town
Carole
Beautiful, well equipped apartment and oh that view! Simply stunning!
Hilary
An amazing apartment, in an Amazing location. You could just sit and watch the world go by from the picture window and balcony looking over the estuary. Appledore itself ia a little hidden gem. I love it.
Patricia
Wonderful apartment. Very clean and comfortable with amazing views. Very central and easy access to the shops and amenities.
Angela
A lovely apartment with fabulous views over the estuary. Situated at the far end of Appledore up towards the shipyard, a short walk from the main village. Our only hesitation in returning would be the seating in the lounge which was somewhat lacking in support which was unfortunate as we both have bad backs so were not comfortable. That aside though it was excellent - and lovely and quiet (apart from a bit of noise from the apartment below).
Christine
Lovely clean apartment with excellent views over the estuary. Well equipt with comfortable beds and good shower. Only downside is parking not being good, but the car park, if you cannot find a space before, is only 15 minutes walk away. We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.
Pamela
The property is lovely, very well appointed, the views are wonderful, even if the weather is not so good. Definitely one of my favourite places to be.
