The property was absolutely stunning with the most amazingly views It was well equipped airy and spacious It was cleaned to a very high standard

I loved it so much I wanted to buy it and move in immediately. The views from the lounge and dining room took our breath away. I could sit in those windows for hours just watching life go by. We were concerned that the master bedroom was on the road and car park side of the apartment however, it was really quiet and we slept really well. A short stroll takes you down to the harbour with its bars, restaurants and boat trips. Having a private parking space was great. Would happily rebook.

Lovely spacious apartment overlooking the Harbour. Parking is very limited so the parking space next to the apartment was a god send. The town was not even a 10 minute walk and the. Harbour even less.

Excellent location gives great views over the harbour and out to the cliffs. Be aware that the walks are strenuous but so worth it.

The apartment is breathtaking, an absolute pleasure to stay in!! It has history with beautiful original features, and a modernised kitchen. The views are stunning, definitely worth taking a pair of binoculars with you for your stay! The apartment has a very inviting feel throughout, such a relaxing atmosphere too. My only regret is not booking longer, I will definitely return to this fantastic place in the future if available!!

We would definitely stay again. The front rooms were MUCH bigger than expected with magnificent views. Despite the size, the heating was effective and easy to make toasty on colder nights. The kitchen was well equipped. Great laundry room and cupboard with beach supplies for the summer. It was beautiful, but also had a lovely welcoming feel. A tight parking space and definitely recommend reversing in, but fine once used to it. Great location to walk to the harbour/ccentre. Loved it, thank you!

Super apartment in a great location by the coast path and with a wonderful outlook ! The rooms have really high ceilings and even though we stayed there in November it was always lovely and warm. We appreciated the log burner and lit a fire every evening just because we enjoyed the ambiance!

This property is in a perfect position with views to die for. It has very large rooms and has everything you could need. Please be aware, if you have a large car, the parking space is quite tight. We would definitely stay there again.

The view from the property is amazing . The main rooms are of lovely proportions and the high ceilings give a great feeling of space . Some maintenance needs addressing ,but undeniably an impressive property, with designated parking which is a real bonus in Ilfracombe.

The most beautiful apartment with breathtaking views over the ocean and harbour. I loved everything about this apartment, the beautiful high ceilings, the chandeliers, the history, it was a mix of old and modern and my absolute dream of an apartment. The kitchen was well equipped with all your needs, extra laundry room if needed, loads of added touches if you have children ie board games, jigsaws etc. The harbour was a short drive away or walk if you're able. I fell in love with this place 🥰

The building is very impressive with high ceilings, spacious open plan kitchen-diner and sitting rooms with breath-taking sea views, over the harbour and nearby hills and cliffs. We had a very comfortable stay. We appreciated the flat being all on ground floor, with no steps, a large porch and entrance hall making it very easy to come and go with luggage and an elderly parent. The location was great, less than 10 minutes' walk to the harbour (uphill on the way back) or to the "Elephant's Head".
