A beautiful house, really well presented and not too far from the centre of Woolacombe and beach. Drive to property is very steep which wasn't a problem for us but could be for less able. Great off road parking plus decked and furniture area at the front.

Lovely annex with stunning sea views. The property was very clean and comfortable and very well equipped. Things like toilet roll. kitchen towel, hand and dish soap were very much appreciated, as was the welcome hamper and milk on arrival. The owner Lance was very welcoming and was there when we arrived. He gave us lots of advice on where to visit and eat out, all of which we did and were not disappointed. We had a fantastic week here and would definitely return and recommend. Just be aware property has a steep drive and is on a steep hill for people with mobility issues.
