Moonraker is a wooden chalet on the edge of Croyde village in North Devon. Set on one level with a bright open-plan living area and large windows, it sleeps up to 6 guests across three bedrooms. The fully enclosed private lawns make it a solid pick for families and dog owners alike.

Croyde is one of North Devon's best-known surf villages. The horseshoe-shaped bay has golden sands, rock pools and gentle waves perfect for beginners. Surf hire shops and lessons are right in town. Lifeguards patrol Croyde beach throughout summer. Saunton Beach is just 2.5 miles away and Woolacombe is 5 miles up the coast.

Fabulous location and lovely cottage for our winter getaway. The welcome hamper was phenomenal and made the trip extra special. We loved being able to walk the dog down to the beach within a couple of minutes and then return to this lovely cosy cottage for a cuppa. A lovely holiday home in a peaceful location, only a short walk to the beach and to the pubs, shops and eateries in the village. A nice network of walking paths behind the chalet kept my dog so happy he did not want to go home at the end of the week.

Lovely character full chalet on a quiet cul-de-sac, a 5 minute walk away from the beach or village. Secure hedge and fence to keep toddlers or dogs from exploring too much. A double, twin and bunks would b perfect for a young family but prob not 6 adults. We loved it and a lovely hamper of goodies didn't help the diet.... definitely would come back

A lovely cottage in a fantastic location. The welcome basket of goodies was wonderful and also milk and clotted cream was much appreciated. It's easy to walk to the beach from the cottage only 5 or 10 mins at a gentle pace. There's a pub and fish and chip shop within easy walking distance too. We had a great week and would definitely book again.
