Beautiful cottage, fabulous location. The house was decorated for Christmas which was a lovely touch. The welcome pack was amazing. The food in this was soooo good. The house was very cosy, lovely and warm with the bonus of a wood burner. Stayed in Instow 5 times and this is our favourite place. Definitely recommend and will definitely be booking again.

Absolutely beautiful location the house was bright and cosy and very spacious as there was 6 of us and we didnââ?¬â?¢t feel on top of each other. Beds very comfortable and amazing views of beach and across to Appledore. The kitchen was fully equipped and a lovely warm arga to come back to after a beach walk. Also the house is very central as other beaches 30 mins away shopping centre and supermarket about 5 mins away. But within a stones throw to lovely restaurants and very dog friendly.

The house is excellent. 10 steps to Instow beach. Itââ?¬â?¢s well appointed, comes with a great welcome pack and is furnished with everything you need. Itââ?¬â?¢s not cheap in the middle of the summerââ?¬¦but Iââ?¬â?¢ll definitely be returning out of season.

We had a great time in this very conveniently positioned house. The beach is just across the road, and some nice places to eat virtually next door. The road outside at night is very quiet at night. If youââ?¬â?¢re looking for somewhere close to the beach to walk the dog, this is it!
