Petit Boo is a self-contained annexe in Bickington, near Ashburton in Devon. It sits close to Dartmoor National Park and is roughly halfway between Exeter and Plymouth. Privacy is fully assured despite adjoining the owner's home. It's been part of this collection since 2014 and is managed by Sara.

This is excellent base territory. South Devon's coastline, Dartmoor's open moorland and the South Hams are all within easy reach. Walking, cycling and horse riding are all on the doorstep. Ashburton itself is a South Devon stannery town known for its antique shops and international cookery school.

Petit Boo sleeps two in a pretty double bedroom with downstairs access. The open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area has patio doors opening to the garden. The kitchen has an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom is a wet room-style shower room. Increased accessibility features are in place throughout.

Paignton Zoo is around 14 miles away (25 mins). The South Devon Steam Railway at Buckfastleigh is under 5 miles (10 mins). Kent's Cavern in Torquay is roughly 16 miles (30 mins). Dartmouth is about 22 miles (40 mins).

Petit Boo suits couples or solo travellers wanting a well-equipped base in South Devon. Up to two dogs are welcome. Comfortable, private and well located it genuinely has everything you need.
