This fully refurbished three-bedroom property sits within easy reach of the beach and overlooks Woolacombe's 3-mile stretch of award-winning golden sands. The apartment features contemporary styling throughout and offers plenty of storage for bikes and surfboards.

Woolacombe is a traditional seaside town perfect for surfing. The area offers spectacular coastal scenery with opportunities to spot seals, dolphins and porpoises. Local riding stables provide horseback adventures across open fields and beach dunes.

The accommodation sleeps six guests across three bedrooms: one king-size, one twin and one with bunk beds. All bedrooms have TVs. There's an open-plan L-shaped living and dining room with a large bay window. The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. A breakfast room doubles as a games room with Playstation. Two bathrooms serve the property. The west-facing balcony catches the sun until dusk, while the enclosed roof patio features an outside shower ideal for surfers.

Clevelands is probably the cleanest holiday property we have ever stayed in and the most spacious. It has a great view of the sea and we enjoyed a beautiful sunset on several evenings. Perfectly located close to the beach and all amenities, with parking close by. The property is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. There was a nice welcome pack to get us settled in but be sure to bring oil, condiments etc and extra loo rolls or be prepared to buy them, as these were not provided. Would thoroughly recommend this property, particularly for a larger party/family as it really has plenty of room.

The property is very spacious and really well equipped with everything you could need. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms and showers are really good. We have had a lovely family holiday in Clevelands again. The weather could have been kinder but we were comfortable and cosy. It is so well placed for everything, shops, bars and restaurants, the view is great and if you like people watching, it couldn't be beaten!

This is a brilliantly fitted out and located flat. You have a wonderful balcony and view. Everything you could want in the flat is there, including a good place to store surfboards as you enter the flat. The location is excellent in the middle of Woolacombe and close to everything. Best of all about 5 minutes walk to the beach. We've stayed several times and will stay again whenever we can.
