Treknow Reviews

Alexandra
Treknow is very clean, well equipped and comfortable. My family and I had a great holiday, plenty of days out to be enjoyed and it is a quiet base to enjoy the area from. The driveway parking is a great asset!

The cottage is lovely and comfortable with plenty of room for an extended family such as ours. The kitchen is very well equipped and the conservatory is great for meals. You could not ask for more.
Linda
Love this property. Ideal location. Warm clean has everything you need. Showers are amazing.
Athene
An extremely well equipped and comfortable home with spacious living rooms and a good central heating system. The television was larger than ours at home. The house is positioned well off the main road in Combe Martin in a very quiet spot, but still only 10 minutes away from the beach area, and a 15 minute walk to the Co-op Store which is open 7 days a week.
Kirsty
Good location good pubs nearby that do good food
Janet
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Treknow. It is a cosy, spacious and well-equipped cottage. The cottage is clean, nicely decorated and the furniture is of much better quality than you find in many holiday cottages. Access via door key safe is such a good idea and so much easier than trying to time your arrival in order to meet someone with a key. To have a parking space off the road was great, too. Pubs, a Co-op and cafes are within walking distance. The welcome pack was much appreciated. The only other suggestion I can think of is that an ordnance survey map of the area would be really helpful and photocopies of the Combe Martin part of the map. We were most interested in the SW coast path and that didn't need a map but it would have nice to know where footpaths in the local area were.
Wendy
It was a lovely clean warm cottage a good base to explore.
Kate
A beautiful, comfortable home from home. Everything was provided, and the welcome pack very welcome! Stunning location and absolute peace and quiet. We didnâ??t want to come home!
Kate
The most well equipped cottage and once you learn how to navigate the lane it is so well situated! We loved the lounge which was perfect for teenage children! We really loved our time here.
Linda
