Bosunâ??s Cottage is a lovely, quirky, cosy, cottage a minutes walk from Torquay harbour and all its facilities. Thereâ??s plenty of buses to other parts of Torbay and whilst thereâ??s no parking outside, Torbay Council car parks are nearby, Marc, the owner, provided a free Car Park parking permit for duration of our holiday. Marc is a great host who goes above and beyond to ensure his guests have an enjoyable time.

We had a brilliant holiday at Bosun's cottage. The location is excellent right near the centre of Torquay, but still quiet at night. A good selection of shops and restaurants are walking distance, as is a beach that is great for exercising the dog. The cottage is nicely furnished and comfortable. It was a hot week when we visited and the fans in the bedroom were great! We never had an issue getting a parking space in the nearest carparks covered by the parking permit and because it covers all the council carparks in Torbay we didn't pay for parking all week even when out and about visiting attractions in the area.

Iâ??m going to try and keep this short, Bosuns cottage is everything you want in a seaside location, it is beyond charming, beautiful touches through out, everything about it is welcoming, to the fresh milk in the fridge and a packet of biscuits left by the owner for me the information pack is incredibly helpful, it was just me staying but a family would adore it, this was absolutely five stars for me I wouldnâ??t of changed a thing

We had a great stay at Bosuns and would definitely recommend the cottage. The location is great for exploring Torquay. So many lovely restaurants and cafés just a stones throw from the cottage. And yet it's a quiet neighbourhood. The parking permit included in our booking was really helpful for our stay including visits to nearby towns. The owner was very proactive sending helpful info before we arrived and very friendly and helpful during our stay.
