Ferndale House Lynmouth Reviews

Ana
Lovely views and great location. Kitchen is in a different level to dining room so a bit tricky with little kids but manageable. Unfortunately cleanliness was an issue for us.
Colin
Excellent property, ideally situated very comfortable and homely.
Ann
Lovely house shame about the cleaning company have stayed here a few times but cleaning certainly not great.
Lucy V
This is the fourth time we have stayed at Ferndale since 2012 and we love the property. It is well placed, well kitted out and beautifully presented. We hope to return in the future.
Kerri
Weâ??ve stayed in quite a few Lynmouth cottages, and this by far is the best - great view, nice and quiet, everything you need. Perfect for our family and dogs. The front door lock needs sweet talking to open, but everything else is spot on. Weâ??ll be back.
Catherine
Fantastic location and views, just loved chilling on the balcony. The house has all the euipment and facilities you might need. Just a few issues with cleanliness and some areas needed attention and updating. But wouldn't let that put you off. Lynmouth and Lynton are gorgeous and Ferndale House is in the perfect location to explore. You can leave the car in the carpark and enjoy all the amenities and attractions by foot.
Nicola
Lovely property in a fantastic location. Short walk to town with all its facilities, beach shops etc and Watersmeet right on your doorstep. What more do you need !
Sharon
Great location . House well laid out , lovely view from sitting room .
Angela
Ferndale House is ideally situated for walkers. Once in Lynmouth you needn't use your car for the week. Comfortable, warm and well equipped. There is a steep approach to the property and two flights of stairs within so less mobile people might struggle. This was my second visit to this property with my dog. I will certainly return to Ferndale House.
Daniel
Had a really good week was perfect for us perfect location and a really nice place to stay well worth the money
Elizabeth
Lovely house with all the home comforts. All good quality and stunning views
Samantha
Overall a nice house needs updating with new bedding and painting looking very tired. Steep hill to property but the village is lovely
Danny
Love Lynmouth, been going here for 40 years since I was a kid. Ferndale House is the perfect spot for a great family break in the heart of the town. Look forward to going back again
Rebecca
The house is really comfortable, with excellent views over Lynmouth. It is quite a steep path to get to the front door, but worth the effort!
Belinda
Nice property but needs tidying up and some attention.(as above). The front door needs serious attention as it looks like someone could kick their way in easily.
Helen
A beautiful house with stunning views. Amazing log-fire and comfy seating. Very clean and well kitted out with equipment. Highly recommend!
