Waterfront house is simply the perfect location. Near to all facilities in Appledore and you do not even have to leave the house with such an amazing view. The house is do comfortable and equipped with all you need.

As always, and even though the weather was not very friendly, we enjoyed our stay at Waterfront. Close to the centre of the village, with estuary views and parking available for one car. Weââ?¬â?¢ve already booked again for Easter.

Lovely well arranged v comfortable house and a world class view. Fabulous cliff walks then back to friendly Beaver pub for delicious late lunch - perfection! The dog had a wonderful time too

Just returned home from a fantastic 11 nights at Waterfront. The house is in a prime location overlooking the estuary with restaurants, pubs and shops all within 5 minutes walking distance from the front door. Helen (owner) has thought of everything to ensure a memorable stay. We even had Storm Amy over the first weekend and Helen messaged to check we were okay. The perfect house to relax, unwind and watch the boats sail by. Will definitely be returning. Itââ?¬â?¢s 5 stars from the Englandââ?¬â?¢s

Beautiful cottage luxuriously fitted out with two fantastic en suites as well as the family bathroom. All the furniture and fittings are a cut above the run of the mill stuff you usually see and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. To top it all is the position, which being directly overlooking the estuary affords absolutely stunning and far reaching views. Highly recommended.

We had a great week's stay, the property was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The off street parking is very useful in Appledore, which has plenty of pubs, coffee shops, and places to eat. Would recommend and will be returning again.

As you open the front door of this property you get a stunning view of the estuary. There is everything in the home you need and more to enjoy your stay. It is lovely to sit on the balconies & watch the boats come & go. Appledore is a quiet relaxing place with a great deli & general store. It also has a couple of good restaurant's, cafes, pubs & hotels. We were also lucky with the weather. All in all a great experience. Thank you.

Another lovely stay at Waterfront House. The weather was very kind although the wind was a bit chilly. Waterfront has the advantage of having a parking space in front of a garage, which is definitely an added bonus.

We LOVE Waterfront house. It is in the perfect spot, with a perfect view. The house has everything you need; huge comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, great TV and internet connection. Love watching the rowers go past in the evenings. Already stayed twice and will be back later this year. Love it!

A great cottage which gets better with each visit. With the installation of new floor to ceiling glass doors to the lounge and main bedroom and a new glass front to the balcony, the already great views of the estuary have been made even better. This cottage has everything in it to make you feel like it's home from home and loads of space for each of its guest to relax comfortably. We've booked to come back again next year.

A beautiful cottage , literally on the edge of the water, with fantastic views. The property has all the amenities you could possibly hope for and is located within a two minute walk of some wonderful cafes, restaurants and pubs. Helen the host could not have been more helpful. As usual we had a lovely holiday in Waterfront House. All the chairs and sofas had been recovered and looked very smart. The addition of night lights was a good idea as it does get extremely dark at night time. Parking is an added bonus.

Waterfront House has a fantastic location and the views from the lounge and master bedroom are amazing! The house is well equipped and comfortable and the parking space is great. It's also located next to a large car park but we were able to find free on street parking for our additional car when we visited. Appledore is charming and would recommend lunch at the Royal George nearby.

We stayed before at Waterfront House just over 5 years ago and loved it then. The new owners have made so many improvements. The new patio doors together with glass balcony give you totally clear views across the estuaries. Will be booking again in the winter.

We LOVED Waterfront house. It is beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. We were blessed with gorgeous sunshine all week, so made the most of the balcony, having the doors wide open all week listening to the waves and watching the comings and goings. Amazing place to stay - real wow factor when walking through the front door and seeing the view. Able to walk to various places to eat and all allowed dogs. Must book in advance though. Great location and parking a real bonus. So sad to leave at the end of our stay!
