Quiet and set back from the main road, it's a short stroll from Seaton's pebbled beach and the mile-long esplanade. No hot tub here but the location more than makes up for it.
Seaton sits within the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The South West Coast Path runs right through, with Beer and Branscombe both walkable. The Seaton Tramway runs a three-mile riverside route to Colyford and Colyton. Lyme Regis and Sidmouth are both a 15-minute drive.
