This is our third time at Dune View and we have had another wonderful holiday there. The cottage is in the best location ever, opposite the dunes and beach of Instow, and the cottage itself has everything you could possibly want in a holiday cottage. Very good utensils and equipment in the kitchen. A really comfy bed with good bed linen. A great garden with all the garden furniture you could need. A great television and wi-fi and if you have a dog then you could not wish for a better place. Instow is so dog friendly and with the cottage opposite the beach that allows dogs all year and the Tarka trail running through the village, our dog Lola has the best time ever. Happy dog, happy mum and dad!

Great location. All very clean and comfortable The room with the double be is a tight space We had two single beds together and they are very comfortable. Both lounges are also comfortable and the back lounge is very light with a view over the dunes. The back porch is ideal to keep boots and shoes and good for wiping the dog.

This house is wonderfully situated for access to the beach and eateries. Its corner position with garden is great for anyone with dogs (and for children too) and having off street parking is another plus in this busy resort. Fairly spacious downstairs, but rather cramped upstairs. A second storey extension and a downstairs loo would make it perfect, but we had a great week nevertheless and would have no hesitation in visiting again.

Dune View has the best location, a very short walk to the beach where there are plenty of places to eat and drink. The cottage is very comfortable and well equipped with a large porch for sandy shoes, The enclosed garden is great for sitting out and parking at the back of the cottage is excellent.

This is a lovely cottage in an enviable position in Instow. It has everything you could possibly need and makes for a great place to stay for a holiday. Our German shepherd dog, Lola, loves it due to the beach being across the road and the good size of the enclosed garden. All in all a really lovely holiday home.
