Harbour Lights is a four-bedroom bungalow in Livermead on the English Riviera in Devon. This coastal home sleeps seven guests and offers sea views from most rooms. The property sits in a peaceful residential area just half a mile from Hollicombe beach with its distinctive red sand.

Torquay centre lies one mile away. The South West Coast Path passes through the area. You can swim, surf and build sandcastles at nearby beaches.

The bungalow features two ground floor bedrooms: one king-size and one zip-and-link twin that converts to a king. Upstairs you'll find another bedroom with en-suite shower room and a single bedroom. Both upstairs rooms have large windows. There's also a ground floor family bathroom, and one of the bedrooms has an en-suite with a separate shower, bath and WC.

Splashdown Quaywest waterpark (2.5 miles, 8 minutes) provides family fun. The property welcomes two dogs and has onsite parking.

Large families or groups of seven friends will find plenty of room here for coastal walks and sea views, with the terraces and enclosed garden offering a spot to unwind after a day on the coast path.

The house is fantastic - spacious, well equipped, comfy and the views are just incredible!!! We were very fortunate with the weather and have holidayed in Devon for over twenty years so knew lots of places to visit. We enjoyed lazy mornings spending time together in the house and busy afternoons. None of us could fault the property. We will be returning next year and already can't wait!!

We had a fantastic stay at Harbour Lights. The house was beautiful, clean and comfortable and very big. The kitchen and whole house was so well equipped like home from home, Seven of us stayed - myself and husband, daughter, two granddaughters and two grandsons and our little dog. Plenty of outside space for sitting and a safe garden too. The living space was large enough for our family from Devon to reunite after two years which was wonderful. We had our granddaughterâ??s wedding at Cockington Court which was nearby and in a lovely village. The views over the bay were spectacular day and night. The cleaning lady was lovely. We could not fault Harbour Lights and would love to return in the future.

Fantastic stay. The house was so clean and had everything you needed. Kitchen was well stocked with every utensil you needed and the welcome pack was just lovely. We stayed as a family of 4 inc a 6 & 3 year old plus our dog. Excellent location as so much for a young family to do all within 10 mins drive of the house. Also lots of lovely walks for the dog. The view was just spectacular and we all loved seeing the lights of Torquay in the evenings and waking up to the sunrise in the mornings. The kids also loved the â??disco bathâ?? upstairs :) Can not recommend Harbour Lights enough and are hoping to rebook for next year. Thank you for sharing your house with us x

What a fabulous place! We really enjoyed our stay here. Wonderful, spacious, well equipped, and a view that is to die for, absolutely stunning vista of Torbay. The gardens are also wonderful, and extremely dog friendly as they are completely enclosed. We did think that the garden would benefit from some more furniture (only four chairs at the table and two sunbeds), and also it would be nice to have the use of a barbecue. A couple of small changes that would make this property just about perfect. We would absolutely stay here again, and I'm sure that we will. Thank you for a great holiday!
