Tranquillity Cottage is a traditional two-bedroom cottage sitting in the heart of Appledore, a coastal village in North Devon with deep maritime roots. You're two minutes from the quay, the SW coastal path and a handful of good coffee spots and eateries. This is a proper village cottage, where original exposed beams, a stone wall and a gas wood burner set the tone.

Appledore has shops, pubs, restaurants, galleries and a Maritime Museum. Westward Ho! is just over a mile away with two miles of sandy surf beach. Boat trips to Instow's sand dune beach run from nearby and fishing trips go out into Bideford Bay.

The cottage sleeps four across two bedrooms, a master double with a separate dressing area and a twin bedroom. There's one ground-floor shower room with WC. The open-plan lounge/diner has a Smart TV and gas wood burner.

RHS Rosemoor is around 10 miles away (20 mins). Clovelly with its cobbled streets is roughly 11 miles (25 mins). The Big Sheep is about 6 miles (12 mins). The Milky Way Adventure Park is around 9 miles (18 mins).
