The rear garden is a fully enclosed suntrap with patio, lawn and outdoor furniture. The kitchen-diner has an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine.
Beer Quarry Caves are about 1 mile away (5 mins). The Donkey Sanctuary near Sidmouth is 8.5 miles (20 mins). Seaton Jurassic is under 2 miles (5 mins). Sidmouth seafront is 8.5 miles away (20 mins).
