Very warm welcome to a home from home cottage. Perfect location for being near town but out of town, very quiet. Very hospitable owners. Lots of cupboard space which proved very useful. High spec interiors. The courtyard was wonderful and games room an added bonus. We will be back again.

The cottage was perfect, as soon as we walked in we felt at home, very comfortable and very dog friendly and exactly what we were looking for. Comfortable beds and furnishings inside and out. The onsuit was a bonus for me as I have slight mobility problems, and the downstairs toilet was a blessing. Lovely to arrive to a mixture of teas coffee and milk and a lovely cake, quite appt for our daughter's birthday on the Saturday, Jo was very attentative and made sure we were comfortable as could be.

This is a great base for all the local area and the games room is a big plus for a family. Nervous drivers please note the driveway is very steep and a little tricky to park but you do get used to it. We would use again.

We had a lovely week at Yeoldon Stables. Perfectly comfortable house with everything you would need. Communication from Jo was perfect from before our holiday started. It was a beautiful area for exploring, right on the South West coast path. A regular bus route at the top of the road that takes you to Bideford, Appledore and Westward Ho! We also visited Instow and Barnstaple. The games room was a fabulous addition to the house, we enjoyed playing pool, table tennis and darts.

A lovely cottage, a short drive to Bideford and Instow. Clean and tidy. Lovely friendly owners who on arrival meet and greet which was nice. They are available should you need them. Plus they added little extras we hadn't known we were getting which was a real bonus. Plenty of hanging space and drawers for clothes.

This was a really comfortable cottage with everything we needed. The owners have supplied a high standard of amenities. We enjoyed sitting in the private courtyard which was a real sun trap. The Games Room was a definite hit with all family members - young and old and made up for some poor weather during our week.

Lovely cottage in a great location in-between Westward Ho and Bideford. Very peaceful location. The cottage has all you needed and many extras in the kitchen, teas, coffees and delicious scones on arrival. The courtyard was good for our dog as it was enclosed. No views from the cottage itself, but walk round the side of the main property to the small garden and you get the lovely estuary view. Jo was a great host. Thank you. We would happily return.

The family had a fantastic week and Jo our host couldnââ?¬â?¢t have done more to make our stay more enjoyable, the cottage was fully equipped with all the basic items that you would have in your own home and additional items that was not expected, the cottage was very clean , plenty of towels in all the bathrooms also beach towels, the garden was enclosed so safe for children and dogs. The garden also had barbecue , table and chairs there was also a games room fully equipped.

Lovely little property on the doorstep for discovering lots of attractions, beaches and plenty of dog walks. We were so lucky with the weather and the courtyard was the perfect place to relax in the afternoons after mornings spent out and about. The property was everything that we wanted from a holiday let, It was spotlessly clean and very welcoming with Devon Scones as a nice touch in the welcome pack. Beds were extremely comfortable, as was the lounge seating area. A tidy kitchen with everything in it. The information pack was very helpful, and as dog owners, we had easy access to nearby paths and walks. The cottage court yard was private and seating was comfortable, and we used the games room in the adjoining garage every night.

Jo and Darren are the perfect hosts! We felt utterly spoiled on arrival - scones, clotted cream, fresh milk & Lindt choc bunnies. The cottage is v clean & so warm and cosy (if you prefer less heat, all radiators are adjustable). Everythng we needed was here & more - coffee, tea, wash-up liq, dishw tabs etc. Fantastic games room which was a deal breaker! Kids loved this! The cottage is in a great location - perfect for visits to The Big Sheep, Clovelly, Westward Ho, Appledore. Highly recommend!

Fabulous little place with everything you could need. Ideal for families, dogs, old(er) people!! This was a last minute decision to spend our Christmas there, the decorations were amazing both inside and out and the extra little touches kept appearing throughout our stay.
