A lovely cottage in a stunning location. The owners were welcoming from the beginning, and it was an ideal spot for relaxation. ThereÃ¢â?¬â?¢s a peaceful beach about a 35-minute walk down the road. The accommodation was cozy, making it the perfect base for exploring the surrounding area. The only caution IÃ¢â?¬â?¢d give is about the narrow roads, which might take a little getting used to for some city dwellers, but for us, it added to the tranquility and quietness of the area.

Our hosts are very kind and warm-hearted people who (like others) are selflessly keeping Rual England afloat. They are doing a fantastic job. To my pleasant surprise they even have fully functioning broadband. The house is clean and tidy and the amenities work excellently. Our guide also has maps of the whole South of Devon highlighting places of interest.

Really lovely - you do need to be prepped for the remoteness and size of the roads locally - we visit Devon quite a bit and the roads here are very narrow. For us it added to the feeling of peace and quiet.

The place is lovely and well kept, both indoor and outdoor; the accomodation is very good, with plenty of space and light from every side of the house. The village is a bit off the beaten track but just one minute drive from the main road. The owners are lovely people and happy to give you advice and info about the area. It was a very relaxing stay.
