We really love the apartment however we do feel that the lack of parking i.e. you have to buy a ticket to park your car for the week and the two flights of stairs up to the apartment should be more of a prominent feature with the description of the apartment. The actual location was lovely. We had the door open all the time and could listen to the water and the wildlife which we really enjoyed.

The 2 flights of steep stairs would need to be taken into consideration by anybody perhaps not a 100% fit. I would also strongly advise anyone to invest in a parking permit,available from the tourist information office,£35 for a week or £20 for 4 days.

A small but well equipped and comfortable flat with beautiful views over the river to the sea. Good location to explore the area. Luckily found a temporary parking spot initially on Riverside Road in order to unpack, as flat entrance is on a pedestrianised street.Parking permit for £25 the week at nearby Upper Lyndale car park.Tesco delivered groceries without difficulty. Walks locally and some NT properties made it a very enjoyable week in a lovely location.

Cosy cottage with modern interior. Best location for a cottage to be in Lynmouth. Nothing beats the view from the balcony. Although quite small, it is sufficient for two people to stand or sit. You can overlook the harbour. This prime location comes with the downside of not having private parking. Getting a space at prime time is difficult in Lynmouth. The two flights of steps are not for the elderly or people with mobility issues. It is very nice, that a pet is welcome here.

This place is excellent, has great location, in middle of Lynmouth, excellent views and even though on busy street, it is very quiet in evening. Close to literally everywhere, either food, or drink or gifts and excellent base for exploring. Cute inside, with everything one needs for comfortable stay. Great bed and bedding, very comfortable. Little GEM and i would definitely stay again. This was our 4th visit in Lynton/Lynmouth but this place beats them all.

Fantastic location - amazing views and right in the heart of Lynmouth. 29 stairs to reach the apartment - wasnâ??t an issue for us. You need a parking pass for peace of mind but available just round the corner £15 for 4 days or £25 for a week. Supermarket up in Lynton but nothing in Lynmouth. We saw Sainsburyâ??s and Tesco doing deliveries. Loved the cliff railway and visiting Lynton. Valley of rocks and Watersmeet. So much to do.
