This house is a gem. It has everything you need supplied, including a welcome pack when you get there, the place is clean, comfortable, welcoming and there is parking for 1 car at the front. There are so many extras in place to other cottages I have stopped in. The views are beautiful, a walking trail is at the bottom of the garden, which is slabbed and has seating out there if the weather is good. The owners have thought of everything, we will stay there again

Property and location more suited to a family with young children with great park and facilities for children nearby. The 5ft concrete wall outside the back gate seriously didn't expect that and as an elderly couple just expecting to sit in the garden and view the river and for the husband to try his hand at fishing, the wall was a great disappointment and I would never have booked the cottage if I had been aware.

We were delighted with the property. Location was perfect, views of the river are beautiful. Access to cycling paths very good and off road cycling on the Tarka Trail was excellent. Well equipped and furnished, the property is very comfortable and is decorated to a good standard. Central heating worked fine and constant hot water was great. Would highly recommend and would visit again. Morrisons very close by and others available. Enjoyed the fish and chips from Mr Chips.

Lovely house with a conservatory looking out over the river Torridge. The house has everything you need , home from home. Towels are provided as is cleaning equipment, washing up liquid, a few dishwasher tablets and washing machine pods. Nice bottle of wine , some milk, tea coffee etc with biscuits is a lovely bonus. Have been staying here yearly for the past few years and love the proximity of local attractions and towns. There is a Morrisons supermarket very close. We will be returning.

easy to find, short flat walk into Bideford itself and short walk to the bus stop to get the 21A which goes to Instow and Appledore. House is on the SW coat path and, if you are walkers, it is easy walking to Barnstaple, Instow and Appledore. House has everything that you need and is warm, comfortable and relaxed. Will absolutely return!

Straight out the back gate and you are on the South West coastal path, from here it's an easy walk into the centre of Bideford which has retained a wonderful selection of local shops. I always take spare toilet and kitchen roll with me. Would suggest extra black bin liners, waste liners and kitchen foil be left, as these are items people would not normally take with them. I now know for future reference.

Cottage was very clean and well equipped. The position right on the estuary walkway is ideal with views from the lounge, garden or bedroom is wonderful when the tide is in. The doggie bowls, towels , shower and throw were a nice surprise, as were the doggies treats. Netflix subscription was an added bonus . To summarise we would highly recommended this cottage and itââ?¬â?¢s close proximity to a really dog friendly beach at Instow.

The cottage was clean, well equipped, excellent facilities and warm and cosy. Nice location next to the river, in a quiet location, but only 5 minutes walk from the Center of Biddeford. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing break. Dogs are welcomed and have their own facilities provided for them. Will definitely return for another stay.

The propert is in an excellent location to explore the North Devon coast and the Bude and Boscastle area of Cornwall. Backing right on to the River Torridge, there are excellent scenic views and the coastal path for walking. It is in a quiet location despite its proximity to local shops and Bideford town centre.The property is very well equipped with a modern kitchen and TV, Alexa etc.

This cottage was in a great location right on the South West Coast Path and just a short level stroll from Bideford Town. The cottage was warm and comfortable for two adults and one young dog and the owners supplied dog bowls and treats. We had everything we needed and the coffee, tea, biscuits and milk was a nice welcome. We enjoyed the local area and walked to Appledore and Instow, getting back on the bus was thankfully easy.
