Shaldon Beach Hut 2 is a quirky beachfront retreat positioned directly on Shaldon Beach in Devon. A ladder drops you straight onto the sand. This bijou property sleeps up to four guests and delivers uninterrupted sea views from its enclosed terrace.

Shaldon sits on the estuary with the South West Coast Path running through the village. The ferry crosses to Teignmouth in minutes. Cafes and pubs line the streets. The beach offers surfing and sunbathing right outside your door.

The accommodation features one bedroom on a mezzanine floor accessed by steep stairs. A king-size bed fills the cosy space. Downstairs you'll find a galley kitchen with microwave oven and hob. Amazing holiday, location is amazing as you are right on the beach, village has all you could need and being right by the Clipper cafe is amazing as you can get takeaway from there as well as eating in. Property is lovely very well equipped with all you will need for you stay and is very clean. The owner is great and checked in with us to make sure everything was OK. Would recommend this place 100% we have stayed several times before, this was our first time with our 7 year old who also loved it. We will definitely be returning.

Extremely clean and well equipped chalet in a fantastic location - beach and sea on the doorstep! The helpful owner called to offer any advice needed and to make sure we were settled in. Clipper cafe next door and we had two evening meals there although we could easily have cooked in the chalet as all equipment was available to do so. Great to have a parking space right by the chalet and to be able to unload straight through the door into the chalet. The patio area was lovely to sit out in with table, chairs, cushions and umbrella -the weather was warm and sunny so we made the most of the outside area. A great chalet near to all amenities in Shaldon, beach, sea, cafes, pubs and ferry to Teignmouth. Wonderful two night break - thank you.
