The apartment sleeps 4 across two downstairs bedrooms one double and one twin room with two full-size beds. Open-plan lounge, diner and kitchen. One modern tiled bathroom with shower over the bath.

Beer Quarry Caves (1 mile), Seaton for fossil hunting and watersports (under 2 miles), Branscombe village (2.5 miles) and Axminster market town (9 miles) are all within easy reach.

The flat is very well situated and with a single designated parking space. The living room is spacious, well planned and well fitted. The double bed is only a standard size but very comfortable. It's a beautifully peaceful area and we would book again.

Really, our stay was wonderful. The appartment was very well equiped with everything that we needed during our week there. The location was ideal near the beach and shops, restuarants etc, but was also very quiet and private. Beer is such a lovely little haven, and for us brought back such good memories of both of our childhood days spent here. We were visting relatives nearby, so will obviously hope to come back again sometime?

We booked the ground floor as my mum has.limited mobility but didn't realise there were steps leading up from the car park and into the property as not stated in the description of the apartment. Didnt appreciate the 5am wake up call from upstairs!! As for the property we found the bathroom very small but overall perfect holiday let.

Great venue. Beer is a lovely village with cafes, pubs and restaurants. Having allocated parking is a bonus. The property was clean with everything to make our stay comfortable.

Location excellent & has own parking space which is brilliant!! Clean & pretty comfortable. Surprised at the lack of welcome pack, there is an information folder which is functional, not massively welcoming. Bedroom furniture a little dated in comparison to the rest of the apartment. Tumble dryer available but itâ??s in the master bedroom which isnâ??t ideal space wise, but I imagine itâ??s useful for families. Beer is just beautiful, the apartment was pretty good value for money.
