A beautiful countryside cottage situated on the outskirts of market town Newton Abbot. Central for most amenities and tourist attractions. Being dog friendly, is a huge bonus. Dog walking access at local Bakers Park and Bradley Woods. With upto date internet and smart TV giving our stay a home from home experience.

The property is set in a beautiful rural location, with stunning views - super quiet and relaxing A great size garden and the bungalow was extremely comfortable and homely - with everything you might need Close to all major points of interest and amenities Great property First holiday without a fig - but If our dog had been with us still she would have loved it here xxxx
Jackie

Glyn
We had a very nice stay. The bungalow is set out very well and is also suitable for anyone with disabilities as it can be accessed by ramps. Plenty of parking for two vehicles. The location is great with views out to Dartmoor. Very peaceful. Great to be able to relax after going on day trips. Would consider staying there again.
Rodney
This was our fifth visit to this property still amazed how tranquil the property is with lovely views over towards Dartmoor. Steve & Tracy keep the place spotless a right home from home plus always making improvements to the property this year put in additional car parking which is a lot flatter than original plus trying to make the garden larger (if the bird leave the grass seed alone)
Penny
This was our second visit and the bungalow had been tastefully refurbished. Again, we came for a complete rest, and it delivered in a comfortable way. Saw deer, rabbits, beautiful birds, pheasants and 4 squirrels which kept us entertained. The bungalow is surrounded by fields and the garden has been extended. It seems in the middle of no where but is only a few minutes' drive to the town.
Katie
Terrific stay, lovely helpful people and peaceful surroundings. Excellent sized cottage, comfortable soft furnishings and all equipment we could need in great condition and ease of use. Would stay again.
Rodney

Photos donâ??t do the bungalow justice, itâ??s very comfortable, has everything you need & great for someone not so good on their feet. Only a mile down a lane from Newton Abbot, yet beautiful views across the fields to rolling hills. Location gives easy access to many lovely places within half an hour, 3/4 hour to Dartmouth. Would love to return.
Fiona

This was our second time at Rydon Ball. We loved it so much we went back. Itâ??s such a calming peaceful cottage with great views and very cosy and comfy to stay in. There is a lot to do in the local area, and lots of shops and eateries near by. The renovations to the bathrooms and bedrooms were lovely, and really well done. Thank you
Rodney
