Just 100 metres from the beach and village centre, this contemporary two-guest retreat sits within 40 metres of the South West Coast Path. Views of Jubilee Gardens and a glimpse of the sea greet you from the dining table.

Beer is a working fishing village with a shingle beach, colourful fishing boats and a handful of independent shops and eateries. Pubs serving fresh fish and seafood are on the doorstep. The South West Coast Path connects you directly to Seaton (2.5 miles) and Branscombe (2 miles). Lyme Regis is 9.5 miles away.

The apartment sleeps 2 guests in one restful double bedroom with a shower room and WC next door. The open-plan living space has an L-shaped sofa, Smart TV and wooden floors. The kitchen has a hob, fridge, coffee machine and electric combination microwave/oven. A drinks station and washer/dryer are included.

The apartment is nicely furnished, comfortable, bright and in a lovely location. However, the kitchen facilities are very limited with no oven, dishwasher or washing machine - only 2 ring hob and badly positioned microwave. Plenty of crockery, utensils and cutlery tho. No welcome pack apart from a generous supply of tea, coffee & loo rolls. No milk or even salt & pepper - local shops shut early so come more prepared than I did if you arrive after 5pm. Bear in mind that Friday traffic is tortuous do you may arrive later than planned - even in September.
