Perfect holiday! The house was warm, cosy, comfortable, clean and very well equipped with good quality items. The location was fabulous and there was so much to do on site! We especially enjoyed playing tennis! Weââ?¬â?¢ve stayed in many places, but this cottage best suited our needs and weââ?¬â?¢re looking forward to returning in the future. Lovely position, very peaceful and quiet and with easy reach of Bude and widemouth bay. Nice touch tea & coffee and cake left for us . Negatives all windows were very dirty , cobwebs everywhere , furniture was looking tired . One of the manhole covers was loose , so need to be careful if you have small children or dogs . To pay premium prices you expect premium accommodation. But the area is beautiful.

We had a brilliant week in this fabulous, spotless, cosy property. The owners have put much thought into the guests' comfort and enjoyment, with books and DVDs available. We really appreciated the welcome cake and Cava, milk and tea bags! The enclosed garden was perfect for relaxing in after exploring nearby beaches and villages. We contacted the owners about a WiFi issue; they could not have been more delightful and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend Wrights Wood - we didn't want to leave!

A lovely cosy, quite Cottage with plenty of room for the two of us and our dog. Be aware that the fence between the two adjoining properties is just open wooden bars which the dog next door was able to jump through quite easily. Unfortunately the boiler for the house was situated in the garden and when it came on the fumes were unpleasant if sitting outside. At the time we were there the woodland walks were overgrown and muddy, or they involved walking through fields where sheep had been.

Lovely and beautiful cottage that was in an excellent and scenic location i.e. close but not to close. The cottage was equipped with everything you needed. The nice little touches like dog treats, milk, sugar, teabags, bottle of wine , toilet roll, cake etc on arrival make it that more special, saved us going out for essentials after a very long commute. A great dog vacay and break. Well done owners,was very impressed and look forward to booking again next year.
