Inside you'll find three bedrooms: a master with king-size bed and en-suite shower room, a second bedroom with super-king-size zip-and-link bed (twin on request) and a third bedroom with bunk beds. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath. The bright living room features two sofas and TV/DVD. A conservatory with dining table and additional seating connects to the garden. The kitchen includes gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
Paignton Zoo (3.2 miles, 12 minutes) makes an excellent family day out. Brixham Harbour (2.8 miles, 10 minutes) offers fresh seafood and boat trips.
