Discover why this cottage is ideal for different types of visitors

For Families
The bunk bedroom suits children perfectly. Paignton Zoo is 12 minutes away with over 2,000 animals. The large garden provides safe outdoor play space. Brixham Harbour offers boat trips and fish and chips. Goodrington Sands beach has a play park and water sports. The ground-floor layout means no stairs to worry about. Greenway House runs family activities during school holidays.
For Couples
The Chestnuts works better for families than couples due to its size and layout. The master bedroom does have an en-suite shower room. The conservatory dining area opens to the garden for private meals. Brixham and Paignton offer harbour-side restaurants and coastal walks.
