This 2-bedroom cottage is a spacious, modern retreat in the heart of Seaton, a popular seaside town on the East Devon coast. Quiet and set back from the main road, it's a short stroll from Seaton's pebbled beach and the mile-long esplanade.

Seaton sits within the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The South West Coast Path runs right through, with Beer and Branscombe both walkable. The Seaton Tramway runs a three-mile riverside route to Colyford and Colyton. Lyme Regis and Sidmouth are both a 15-minute drive.

Sleeps 4 across two bedrooms, a spacious king-size double and a good-sized twin. One bathroom with bath and over-bath shower. The newly fitted kitchen/diner opens to a pretty enclosed rear patio with a picnic bench. Smart TV, Netflix, fast Wi-Fi and a disc player are all included.

2-Bedroom Cottage near Axmouth did not disappoint in any way, clean, cosy, fully equipped and quiet with short easy access to the town and seafront, With our stay being at low season half term the adjacent car parking proved no issues as we had feared as we never needed to move our vehicle whilst there, generally some free spots were available through the day and evening, however we can easily imagine it could be a challenge to maintain a space in a busier season. Despite that we would certainly consider a future stay there and could not recommend the property more highly.

The cottage was very charming, clean and comfortable. The little garden was lovely, we could not use it as the weather was not good but it was a nice outdoor space. It was peaceful and we slept very well in the lovely comfy bed. The location was perfect with the High Street and Beach just a short walk away.

Very well equipped, neat house, everything in the kitchen you need for cooking.You also sit and eat in the kitchen or one the terrace in the backyard when the weather is good. Spacy bedrooms and bathroom, interieur and inventory in very good condition. Distance to the sea not very far, less than 5 minute to walk, but you have no seaview from the house, which is sourounded by other houses in any direction, but they are not very high, so that you still a good view around.
