The surrounding area offers direct access to the South West Coast Path and Abbotsham Cliffs via a winding footpath. Northam Burrows Country Park begins at one end of the resort. You can explore Clovelly's cobbled streets or visit the pastel-coloured houses of Appledore.

The cottage features one double bedroom with countryside views and one single bedroom. A shower room with WC serves both rooms. The living room has a coal-effect electric fire and stable door opening to the courtyard garden. The kitchen includes an electric cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. You get shared use of the adjacent walled garden plus onsite parking.
