We were a group of four adults, two children and two babies, and Linwood was more than big enough for all of us, The snug/games room was an added bonus and meant we never felt on top of one another even though the main space is open plan. The housekeeper kindly provided us with two cots and two highchairs, which was incredibly helpful for us. The location of the property was great, with views towards Bideford, and it was very well equipped with pretty much everything we needed.

Beautiful cottage which was extremely well equipped. We couldn't have asked for more. The location was perfect - we had 4 pubs and a cafe within walking distance, as well as the beach and the ferry to Appledore. Having off-street parking was another big bonus. And the beds.....they were sooooo comfortable!! We had such a fab week and we'll definitely be back.

Great location in the heart of Instow right next to the beach. Having private parking is a real plus, but the gate is narrow so wider cars will need care. Really well equipped kitchen. The kids loved the games room. Bedrooms are spacious, beds are comfortable. One main bathroom, plus an en suite and a separate toilet meant that there was never a queue for the loo!

A very well equipped cottage everything has been thought of ,the veranda was like an additional room ,and great for coffee in the morning watching the boats on the estuary and the changing tides. The house was tastefully furnished and very clean .we would certainly consider booking it again

Linwood is a stunning house in an amazing location, the house was very clean and had everything you could need, very comfy beds, great water pressure in the showers. Such a bonus to have secure parking too. The games/tv room was very welcome. Would definitely recommend to friends and we hope to return there some time.
