The cottage is beautiful and very well looked after. The location was perfect for the harbour, the pier and Paignton town centre. The kitchen had everything we needed and the whole place was very comfortable. The only thing that would have made things little easier would have been access to wi-fi so we could look up dog friendly things to do and places to go. We did end up using a fair bit of mobile data. This was our second visit here and we would definitely stay again.

A lovely comfortable cottage in a fantastic location in Paignton, close to beaches, harbour, shops etc. Everything you need is provided. ( No WiFi but that made the week a lot more restful! ) Hope to return.

Lovely cottage, great location for sea front and public transport to get around the wider coast - 15 min walk to train and bus stops - great local public transport. Two really close pubs to drink/eat at plus a couple of restaurants. Cottage had everything we needed except wifi. House only really suitable for one family due to the only bathroom being accessed through the main bedroom. Excellent value for money and very clean. Would recommend to coast path walkers - we walked from Torcross to Exmouth and never used the car once! Park very close for dog walks, literally 2 mins up the road.

We spent a very comfortable Christmas in Coastguard Cottage. The property was spotlessly clean and warm. We prepared and cooked Christmas lunch in the cottage, and found the kitchen provided all the equipment needed.The cottage was near the beach, which proved to be great dog walking area. A great time enjoyed by all.

We loved this place. Itâ??s far bigger than we expected. It was just lovely to watch the world go by on the water from the patio, conservatory or lounge. Plenty of enclosed patio at the back of the house so the dog could play ball. It was quiet and peaceful, excellent spot to explore the area. Great places to eat locally We have booked to return soon

We had a really enjoyable week at Coastguard Cottage. Great location, quiet spot just above the harbour. Easy walk to either the quiet Fairy Cove, or the busier Paignton or Goodrington beaches. 20 minute walk to the bus station with regular buses to Brixham or Torquay. Perfect for a relaxing holiday.
