We just had a wonderful time in the flat, enjoying the sun in the late afternoon from the terrasse overlooking Dartmouth and the boats. For trivial pursuits fan there is an extraordinary collection of them, total gem! The flat is very comfortable and lovely decorated throughout so you feel at home. The parking just opposite makes it very easy and you can get anywhere very easily. A few times we thought we were back to Agatha Christieâ??s time with the steam train and the boats mourn opposite - wonderfully restful!

Immaculate, well presented and ideally situated apartment that was a joy to stay in. Very good communication from the company ahead of the holiday and very responsive in getting an electrician in to resolve a loss of lighting in the bathroom and an issue with an unemptied wheelie bin being disturbed by seagulls. Faultless customer service. Would thoroughly recommend both this property and the location.

The location was perfect, and our little one especially loved it. He spent so much time on the deck, happily spying on all the passing dogs â?? it became a highlight of his day! Such a lovely spot, and weâ??d definitely love to come back.

We loved stayed at Waterhead View in Kingswear, the cottage is quite small but beautifully furnished and finished to a high standard. The views are fantastic and I'd love to stay in better weather and sit on the terrace! The kitchen was well equipped and we loved that there were basic cupboard items available to use (with a donation to the honesty box), the ferry is close by and there is a very convenient shop, cafe and pub too. Parking is a 5 minute walk and access is quite steep so not suitable for those with more limited mobility or young children.
