Williams Cottage Reviews

Johnny
As good as it gets
Andrew
Stunning location - overlooking the sea and so very peaceful.
Mark
Lovely cottage. Great location. Wouldnâ??t recommend to anyone with children or dogs as the low wall has a deep drop on the other side. Had to keep dogs tied up for safety. Wall needs a railing for safety. Otherwise we had a great stay in a beautiful cottage.
Gerard
Absolutely brilliant, loved every moment and genuinely lost track of time, sad to have to leave and would love to have stayed longer. Will be adding to favourites and booking again.

I think if I tell you we have stayed in Williams Cottage 3 times now and already booked it for next year you might understand how nice this cottage is. The views from the garden, kitchen, bedrooms and lounge are amazing, we watched for dolphins and porpoises all week but still didn't see them. The cottage is cosy yet not small. The walk down to the quiet beach is wonderful It is perfectly situated to visit some lovely tourist attractions and places. We love reading about the history of Bucks Mills and its people. I would have no hesitation in recommending Williams Cottage, its like a piece of heaven.
Tara
I canâ??t quite put into words the beauty of Williams Cottage. Peaceful setting surrounded by the sea & nature with a waterfall too, a true escape.and just what the Dr ordered! What a privilege to stay in your cottage, thank you for sharing. I cannot wait to return
Johnny
This cottage offers everything you could wish for and so much more. The standard sets the bar exceptionally high. Potential guests need look no further.
Sarah
Beautiful cottage in a very quaint little village . Very homely and comfortable. Could have done with some extra blankets on the beds as was December and very windy .
Kate
William's Cottage is absolutely lovely. Perfectly poised on the edge of a cliff with beautiful views. Peaceful, cosy, a home from home.
Claire
A very pretty cottage in a truly lovely location. The cottage has one of the best positions in an unspoilt large hamlet tucked away on the edge of a temperate rainforest and overlooking the sea. Would benefit from a little more basic equipment and a few repairs.
Michael
Beautiful area with lovely views of the sea, Lundy and Clovelly.
Julie
This place is unreal, we had an amazing week celebrating my partners 40th birthday. The cake on arrival was a beautiful touch and I now desperately want a coffee machine. Lying in bed looking out to Clovelly, the sea and the fabulous sky for me was just the best and we were so sad to leave. We wenâ??t very fortunate with the weather so didnâ??t make use of the garden however the quick cuppa out there was precious. My only negative for us was whilst dogs are welcome for us it wasnâ??t dog friendly. We have to spaniels who like to get wet and muddy and trying to contain them in an area till they were clean and dry was challenging.
Louise
Stunning location, loved looking at the sea on both a calm and stormy day. Comfortable well equipped cottage in a quiet part of Devon well placed to visit nearby beaches and attractions. The best thing for me was the many walks straight from the front door woods, beach and coastal my dogs loved it. The only downside is whilst the garden is enclosed my dog jumped the fence within minutes, with a resident dog next door it meant I had to keep them both on leads in the garden.
Daniel
Williams Cottage is a lovely little cottage in a fantastic location by the sea.
Tina
Absolutely stunning location. Great sea views. Peaceful and relaxing. We had the most wonderful stay. Didn't want to come home. Cottage has everything you need for a wonderful stay.
Jacqueline
A lovely cottage, very homely and comfortable. Spectacular sea views from all the windows. Cosy wood burner ! A delicious carrot cake and local milk on arrival! Beach is rocky but stunning with a beautiful water fall ( cottage just above on the cliff) Wonderful stay !
