Good location for seaton centre and the parking in car park and loading / unloading was really easy, comfy bed and clean. Few niggles - tv only gets bbc and the wifi is very poor, limited glassware (no flutes or tumblers). Enjoyed staying here in the heart of seaton and it was still quiet in the evening / night. Bit of a pain to find, best to park on Aldi car park against the far wall and walk up the ally by the gym / le pisani at the end look immediately left brown door small sign saying counting house. Don't forget the * at the end od the door code number. Key safe inside slide black cover down and input the number.

The accomadation is first rate. The only disadvantage is its location as it was very difficult to find and you have to leave your car in a public car park. Due to going out of season a lot of local pubs and cafes were closed or not providing full services, so something to consider.
